I have been very excited to start a new little area with carnivorous plants. I ordered these and they weren't due to arrive according to the mail until the end of january. They arrived yesterday in a box that said something about do not freeze. When I opened them the box with the five little pots were very cold I unwrapped them carefully from the brown paper bag that was around each one and I feel like they're kind of dead. This is all new to me so I'm not very sure but it looks like all the parts of the plant that would catch the insects are crispy and black. In the other box I had ordered a set of three plants in that box there appeared to be some type of thing that maybe kept the Box warm they all came out looking stellar. They're very alive and they look great. It's just the box with the five pots I'm really worried that they didn't make it. I look forward to getting some information from you guys on either how to revive them or hopefully to get a replacement. If there's any way that I can save them I would appreciate any advice see the pictures below
Plants shipped extremely quickly and arrived packaged very well. Everything arrived happy and healthy. Only downside was, I ordered multiple plants and was shipped the incorrect plant for one item.
The plants came healthy and strong. They where beautiful. Ready to care for.
